SHIPPING
Thank you for choosing my artwork! I aim to make the shipping process as smooth and environmentally conscious as possible. Here’s what you need to know about shipping and delivery:
Worldwide Delivery
I offer delivery to most parts of the world. The delivery times may vary depending on your chosen location.
Preparation Time
Please allow 24-48 hours for the preparation of your artwork before it’s ready for shipping. This applies to both original paintings and premium limited-edition fine art prints.
Shipping Options
You can choose from various shipping options during checkout, each with its own estimated delivery time. I prioritize using the fastest and most eco-friendly shipping methods to reduce carbon emissions.
Package Tracking
Most of my shipping options include package tracking. You will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress, except for the budget option.
Customs FEES
Please note that all original paintings are shipped from Dubai via Time Express (with tracking number), and the premium limited-edition fine art prints will be shipped from the location closest to you.
Please keep in mind that depending on the destination country, some customs fees are applied.
Pick-Up Option (Dubai Only)
Currently, I offer a pick-up option for customers in Dubai.

RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction with my art is essential to me, and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here’s how my returns policy works:
7-Day Cooling-Off Period
Upon receiving your artwork, you have a 7-day cooling-off period. This means you have 7 days to live with your purchase to ensure it’s the perfect piece for you.
Return Process
- When you receive your painting, please unpack it carefully and retain all packaging materials until you are sure about your purchase.
- You have seven (7) days from the receipt of your original artwork to decide whether to keep it or return it in its original condition for a refund.
Initiating a Return
If you are not satisfied with the artwork, please contact me at [email protected]. Provide your order information and the reason for the return. Please note that failing to notify me within 7 days or not shipping the artwork within 3 days of notification will make you ineligible for a refund. Some exceptions may apply, depending on your specific situation.
Return Shipping
All returned artwork should be shipped back within 3 days by the buyer, using the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing similar acid-free packaging materials for safe and secure shipping. Feel free to reach out for advice.
Refund Process
Upon safely receiving the returned artwork, I will process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment source in the same currency. Please note that shipping costs and payment gateway processing fees will be deducted. Artwork damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps within seven (7) days of delivery:

- Save the original packaging.
- Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. I will get in touch to discuss the next steps.
